Young Singers is a recipient of a Find Your Light Foundation grant.
The Find Your Light Foundation (FYLF) has awarded Young Singers of the Palm Beaches with a $2,500 grant.
The Find Your Light Foundation (FYLF) has awarded Young Singers of the Palm Beaches with a $2,500 grant. The support of FYLF will allow Young Singers to continue their mission of "teaching life skills through music" through their newest satellite choir, located in North Palm Beach County.
The North County Choir, which began a year ago, serves children in grades 3-5, providing them with a solid choral education which includes site reading, proper posture, breathing, tone production, basic solfege, theory skills, and performance etiquette. The choir joins Young Singers' core choir members on stage at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts for two main-stage concerts a season, as well as perform within the Palm Beach County community.
The Find Your Light Foundation, founded by Josh Groban, supports arts education programs for children.
