The Mass Rehearsal previously scheduled for
October 18, 2026, has been canceled.

All singers will perform together, and we ask everyone to attend.
Singers call time will be 2:00 p.m. - Location to be announced.

Uniform Information
All singer's uniforms will be purchased through YSPB.
- Singers will be fitted during rehearsal, and uniform will be ordered.
- Singers will receive uniform at rehearsal after payment has been received.
- It is the singer's responsibility to have the uniform altered and hemmed to specifications. We will have seamstress on site by appointment, but you may use anyone you desire for alterations.
- You are responsible for purchase of shoes and accessories like hose, socks, belt, etc.
- *Returning Singers: Check your uniform from last season to make sure that it still fits!
If you still need to schedule a fitting, please call the office.
Alterations:
Our seamstress may be available for our families' convenience.

The seamstress is an independent contractor and sets her own prices. Dresses can be fitted at rehearsal, taken for alterations, and returned at a future rehearsal. Families are also welcome to use any alterations provider they prefer.

All monies you raise count toward your fundraising credit.
We will give you a LINK to create your own fundraising page where people can donate on your behalf with a credit card, or you can pick up a collection envelope at rehearsal.

Fundraising Commitment
Young Singers of the Palm Beaches asks each singer's family to contribute, earn or fundraise $200 a season. For those families with more than one singer in the choir, we ask for $300. There are many opportunities throughout the year to earn fundraising credit; some examples are:
- Sell or purchase an ad in the concert program. Refer to: https://www.yspb.org/get-involved/advertise-in-our-program
- Sell or purchase a "Sponsor a Song" in the concert program. Refer to: https://www.yspb.org/get-involved/sponsor-a-song
- Ask your employer or a business you frequent to become a YSPB Sponsor. Refer to: https://www.yspb.org/get-involved/become-a-sponsor
- Ask your employer or a business you know to become a YSPB 5K Sponsor. Refer to: https://www.yspb.org/get-involved/annual-5k-walkrun
- Register for the YSPB 5K. All registrations for your family count towards your fundraising credit.

This will be our 14th year gathering to walk or run in support of scholarships to YSPB. The 5K and scholarship fund is named after Mary Murray, the mother of Young Singers’ executive director, Melanee Blankstein.

REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER
Young Singers of the Palm Beaches would not function successfully without the countless hours and efforts contributed by our volunteers.
We welcome and appreciate parent, grandparent and family volunteers. We continually need your help to make our singers successful. Several opportunities arise throughout the season to volunteer at YSPB events, backstage at rehearsals and concerts, at fundraisers and more.

All backstage volunteers are required to complete a Level II Background Check, which will remain on file with us (You must apply at least two weeks in advance of an event).
