She graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education in 2015, where she was awarded “Most Outstanding Graduate” for the School of Music and Fine Arts. She then pursued her Masters in Musicology at the University of Oxford, and received her degree with Distinction in 2018 for the biographical discoveries of an 18th century opera composer and author, Harriet Wainewright Stewart.
Mrs. Osorio has been featured as a soprano soloist for performances of Handel’s Messiah (2014, 2015 & 2017), Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass (2017) and Vivaldi’s Gloria (2017). She was also a member of the Evoke Choir in London in 2018 and the Arcadian Singers at the University of Oxford (2017-2018). She enjoyed two years of teaching as an Artist in Residence at A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts (2016-2018) and three years of teaching Chorus, piano and AICE Music at Palm Beach Gardens Community High School (2018-2021), where her choirs received Superior with Distinction at State MPA and Gold ratings at Heritage Festival Orlando in 2019 and two of her choirs qualified to go to State MPA in 2020. She survived teaching through the pandemic and finished her time at Palm Beach Gardens High School with a Showcase of World Music in 2021 before leaving to adopt her son from Colombia.
