Financial Assistance Application

Application deadline is Wednesday, January 15, 2020.   Application and a copy of 2018 taxes must be to our office by Wednedsay, January 15, 2020  before 5:00 p.m. Late applications will not be accepted.  

All Financial Assistance applicants are required to pay the $60 non-refundable registration fee and the initial deposit of $200 due  on Wednesday, January 15, 2020  in order to be considered for Financial Assistance.  Please contact us if you need to make arrangements to pay the initial $200 deposit.  

All Financial Assistance Applications will be reviewed in cofidence by our Board of Directors.  All applicants will be notified of their status by Friday, January 31, 2020.

2018 Tax returns must be attached for both parents. If the tax returns for both parents are not attached, your application will not be considered. If you would like to mail your tax returns after completing this form, please mail them to the Young Singers of the Palm Beaches Managing Director by January 15, 2020.
